These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "user") and WebToolsz, an entity based in India ("WebToolsz", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the WhatsApp Media Manager mobile application (package name com.webtoolsz.whatsappmediamanager), together with any updates, content, and related services (collectively, the "App"). The App is available to users worldwide. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WebToolsz grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices that you own or control. This license is granted solely for use consistent with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

The App is a utility that helps you scan, analyze, organize, compress, and delete media files (such as photos, videos, documents, and audio) stored on your device. Media processing takes place on your device. Some functions rely on internet connectivity for advertising, updates, remote configuration, and purchases.
Deletion is permanent. When you delete files using the App, they may be permanently removed from your device and may not be recoverable. Although the App asks you to confirm deletions and is designed to operate carefully, you are solely responsible for reviewing your selections before deleting or compressing any file. Compression may reduce file quality. We strongly recommend that you back up important media before using cleaning or compression features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or reduced quality of data resulting from your use of the App.
The App offers free features and optional paid features ("Pro"). Pro may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, monthly or yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Details, pricing, and availability are shown at the point of purchase within the App and may vary by region and change over time.
Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds are subject to the Google Play refund policies and applicable law. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds outside of Google Play. Where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you additional rights (such as statutory withdrawal rights), those rights are unaffected by this section.
The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements, including those served by Google AdMob. Ads and any linked content, products, or services are provided by third parties, and we do not endorse and are not responsible for them. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Services. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for their acts or omissions.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App and may require you to install them to continue using certain features. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.
The App and all associated intellectual property, including its source code, design, graphics, logos, text, and other content (excluding your files), are owned by WebToolsz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
"WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc. "Google", "Google Play", "AdMob", and "Firebase" are trademarks of Google LLC. This App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with WhatsApp LLC, Meta, or Google. References to such names are solely to describe compatibility and integrations.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, modify, or delete any files you manage with the App.
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the App, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that it will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WEBTOOLSZ OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 10.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebToolsz and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using and delete the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 11–17, and 19–21) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App. If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at whatsappmediamanager@webtoolsz.com or support@webtoolsz.com, and we will attempt in good faith to resolve it.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
