We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
The App lets you delete and compress files on your device. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone from within the App. Although we ask for confirmation before deleting, you are solely responsible for reviewing your selections. We strongly recommend keeping backups of important media. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from your use of the App.
Some features are available for free, while others require a Pro upgrade purchased through Google Play. Prices, feature availability, and subscription terms are shown in the App and are subject to change. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.
All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. We do not directly process or store payment information.
The free version may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads or any third-party websites or products they link to.
The App, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by WebToolsz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
"WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc. This App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta. Any references are for descriptive purposes only to indicate compatibility.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebToolsz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WebToolsz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
