This Privacy Policy explains how WebToolsz ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the WhatsApp Media Manager mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Our Privacy-First Approach

WhatsApp Media Manager is designed to work on your device. Scanning, analyzing, cleaning and compressing your media all happen locally on your phone. We do not upload, copy, or transmit your photos, videos, documents, audio files, or their contents to our servers or any third party.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect or store your media files or their contents.
• We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details such as your name, phone number, or WhatsApp data.
• We do not access your WhatsApp messages, chats, or contacts.

3. Information Processed On-Device

To provide its features, the App reads media file metadata (such as file names, sizes, dates, and types) directly on your device. This information is used only to display your storage breakdown and to help you clean or compress files. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

4. Permissions We Request

• Media / Storage access: to scan, display, compress, and delete media files you choose to manage.
• Notifications: to send optional weekly storage insights and tips (you can disable these at any time).
• Internet / Network state: to load ads, check for updates, and fetch app configuration.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the App is used in aggregate and to diagnose crashes. This may include non-identifying data such as device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymous usage events. It helps us improve stability and features. 6. Advertising

The free version of the App may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can learn more and manage your choices in Google's advertising policy. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

7. In-App Purchases

Purchases (such as the Pro upgrade) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google Play handles all payment processing under Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Data Security

Because your media stays on your device, you remain in control of it. Any limited data processed by third-party services (analytics, ads, billing) is handled according to their respective security practices.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
